Try your hand at throwing on a pottery wheel (for beginners & those with a little experience). Make vases, bowls, jugs & cups and take them from wet clay all the way to glazed and ready to use. A bag of clay, bisque and glaze firing included.

Are you Castlemaine's next potter?

In this two week course, you'll learn some simple wheel techniques and make a few small bowls to test your creativity and craftiness.

At the end of these two sessions you'll have some cute handmade items and you can then decide if you want bisque fire them for a small additional fee. These items will be strong but not watertight.

This is the perfect way to explore your creativity and see if pottery is the art form for you
